Job summary

Butlin's in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Member Plus to work across the resort, supporting different teams and delivering a fantastic guest experience.

You will have a 30–35 hour week across 5 days, including evenings and weekends, with live-in accommodation available if you relocate. Mondays and Fridays focus on guest accommodation cleaning, while other days cover sports, restaurants, buffets, bars, shops and the fairground. Must be over 18 and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and fun-loving multi-taskers with a willingness to learn.
• No previous experience required; attitude and energy matter most.
• Ability to work across multiple resort areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest accommodation on Mondays and Fridays.
• Work across diverse areas like sports, restaurants, buffets, bars, shops, and the fairground.
• Support different teams to deliver a fantastic guest experience.
• Be flexible, dependable and a strong team player across the resort.

Job description

As a Team Member Plus, you won't be tied to one department. Instead, you'll work across the resort supporting different teams and helping deliver a fantastic experience for our guests.
No two days are the same. You'll spend Mondays and Fridays cleaning guest accommodation, with the rest of your week taking you into areas like sports & activities, restaurants & quick-serve food, buffets, bars & shops, or the fairground. There may be times you'll work in more than one of these areas.

We're looking for enthusiastic, fun-loving multi-taskers who enjoy learning new skills and working with others. No previous experience is needed - what matters most is your attitude, your energy, a willingness to get stuck in, and a genuine passion for making a difference to our guests.
