Team Member - Cineworld Ipswich

Due to the nature of the industry, shift patterns will include evenings, weekends, and late nights. You will need to have a fully flexible approach. We are looking for part-time team members, available Friday after 17:00 and between 08:00-03:00 Saturday & Sunday. Over 18's only.

As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every customer has an exceptional cinema experience. You’ll be the face of Cineworld, greeting customers and providing high-quality service in various areas. Whether selling tickets, popcorn, or guiding guests to their seats, you and your team will ensure everyone enjoys a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Cash handling
• Food handling (including stock management and replenishment)
• Cleaning
• Heavy lifting
• Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations
• Increasing sales
• Maintaining standards
• Following Policies and Procedures
• Dealing face-to-face with large groups of people
