NIGHT SHIFT TEAM MEMBER – M&S, LUTON AIRPORT

Pay Rate: £12.40 per hour, regardless of age. As a small incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £13.60 per hour.

Shift Pattern: Part-Time (18 hrs). Hours of work are between 10 pm and 7 am, with flexibility across weekdays, weekends, bank, and public holidays.
