The What...

As a Team Member, you will be at the heart of the customer experience. Your role may include welcoming customers at reception, hosting parties, or serving food and drinks from our bar and diner. Your professional and energetic approach will ensure customers have an enjoyable and value-for-money experience. Training covers all key areas of the centre, enabling you to support at every stage of the customer journey. You may also be required to work in the kitchen.

Opening Hours and Shift Patterns:

Our centres are open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight. Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays. Typical shifts include:

• Weekday AM: 09:00 - 17:00
• Weekday PM: 17:00 - 00:00
• Weekend AM: 09:00 - 18:00
• Weekend PM: 16:00 - 01:00

Shift times may vary by centre. Those under 18 may work until midnight. Induction and ongoing training will support your success and career development, including access to apprenticeships and management training.
