Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Greggs Team Member for Lancaster Services. The role offers a friendly environment to serve hot food and baked goods, with a focus on customer service and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.

• Delivering brand standards to a level customers expect.
• Resolving enquiries with a customer-centric mindset.
• Replenishing displays to maximise product availability.
• Keeping workspace and store clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Working with colleagues to deliver teamwork and a positive culture.
• Leaving customers with a memorable experience to return for.
• Preparing the store and kitchen for the following day.
