Job summary

Moto is hiring a Weekend Team Member to join our Southwaite Services location in Carlisle. You’ll welcome customers, take orders, prepare a range of hot food, baked goods and drinks, and keep the store tidy and inviting.

This role emphasizes fast-paced service with a focus on friendly, consistent customer experiences. The position offers weekly pay, discretionary Christmas bonus potential, staff discounts, and opportunities for development and funded qualifications.

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen,ready for the following days trade
