Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Greggs Team Member at Cardiff Services (M4 Junction 33, Pontyclun). The role pays £12.90 per hour.

Shifts vary 4am–7pm, including weekdays and weekends, with a friendly, fast-paced environment delivering baked goods and great service. You’ll greet customers, process orders, prepare hot food and drinks, keep displays stocked, maintain clean spaces and work with colleagues to create a memorable visit.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Team Member

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome


• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner


• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day


• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect


• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset


• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability


• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming


• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork


• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for


• Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade
