Job summary

Moto is hiring a Team Member to join the team at Winchester Services. You will help deliver Greggs’ popular sausage rolls, baked goods and beverages while delivering excellent customer service in a busy rest-stop environment.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours), with early starts possible. You will be part of a welcoming team focused on maintaining clean displays, high standards and a memorable customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day.
• Delivering brand standards to a level customers expect.
• Resolving enquiries with a customer-centric mindset.
• Replenishing displays for maximum product availability.
• Ensuring the workspace and store is clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of teamwork.
• Leaving customers with a memorable experience they want to repeat.
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen for the next day’s trade.
