Job Description

Join our fast-paced store team as a Delivery Team Member, where your main responsibility will be to efficiently process products for quick customer access. When on the sales floor, showcase your exceptional customer service skills. We support your development from day one and offer flexible working options.

About the Role

Your duties will include:

  • Processing stock accurately and swiftly, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and stock placement
  • Ensuring stock presentation is attractive and correctly placed on sales floors or in stockrooms
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in operational areas
  • Providing prompt and friendly service to customers on the sales floor or in back areas
  • Collaborating with store team members, reporting to Coordinators or Managers

  • Communicates well, remains friendly, calm, and efficient under pressure
  • Is accurate, thorough, and detail-oriented
  • Approaches tasks with energy and enthusiasm
