NEXT is hiring a Sales Team Member in the Birmingham area. The role centers on delivering fast, friendly service and expert product knowledge to customers across busy store floors and stockrooms.

You will support stock operations, deliveries and continuous personal development, with flexible working options and a focus on customer satisfaction. This position requires great communication, calm efficiency under pressure, and a proactive attitude to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail environment.

SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR: 6.50hrs p/w; Sat 12:30 - 19:30

Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to offer outstanding service and excellent stock operations to our customers. In return for supporting all Company policies and procedures and having a great attitude to work, we will invest in you and your development from day one. Flexible working options are available.

To be a successful Sales Team Member you will:

• Offer fast and friendly service at all times, helping our customers to find the perfect products
• Share your passion and knowledge about our amazing products
• Work in all areas of the store, including sales floors, stockrooms and processing deliveries
