Job summary

Bayley & Sage, a London-based retailer, is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service and support day-to-day store operations. You will handle deliveries, checkout tasks, stock display and rotation, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for customers.

The role emphasizes positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a love for quality food, with opportunities to grow within the local community-driven store group.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and friendly assistance.
• Accurately process deliveries, transactions, and bag groceries.
• Display, merchandise and rotate stock with attention to dates.
• Ensure stock is rotated and dates are checked and recorded.
• Provide efficient checkout and packing, maintaining a positive attitude.
• Keep the store clean and dispose of waste correctly.

You will:

• Process ambient, fresh, packaging, and consumable deliveries
• Display and merchandise stock
• Stock rotate, check sell by/use by dates and record
• Serve, process transactions and pack customers groceries in bags
• Dispose of waste to the correct containers
• Perform general cleaning duties
