TEAM MEMBER CENTRAL PRODUCTION – MANCHESTER AIRPORT

Pay Rate: £12.40 per hour+ as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £13.60 per hour.

Hours of operation are 3am to 11pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• We are looking for Team Members for our Central Production Unit with a bold, fun, and friendly personality to bake and make products for sale in our cafes, bars, and restaurants. You should enjoy keeping busy, achieve results, take pride in your work, and have a good eye for detail.
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Applicants need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on specific shifts due to responsibilities within the Team Member CPU role.

ABOUT THE TEAM MEMBER CPU ROLE:

• Receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and correctly storing raw ingredients.
• Baking bread and pastry products, preparing sandwiches and baguettes in volume.
• Ensuring presentation meets specifications and measuring ingredients and portions accurately.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following health and food safety procedures at all times as part of the CPU team.
