Job summary

Moto Hospitality at Grantham Services is hiring a Team Member for Burger King. Shifts run 8am–11pm, with weekends and training to join the shift leadership on rota. Starting pay £12.90 per hour, with a potential £13.40 per hour for lead roles.

Join a team delivering flame-grilled taste and great customer service across the UK’s rest stops. As a Team Member you’ll greet customers, process orders, assemble products quickly and accurately, and maintain a clean, welcoming workspace.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assembling a range of Burger King products to order with speed and accuracy to perfection.
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect.
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset.
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork.
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for.
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade.
