Job summary

Moto is seeking a Team Member to join at Hilton Park Services, M6 (WV11 2AT). You will serve BP fuels and Greggs items, delivering friendly, efficient service across varied shifts from early morning to late evening.

Role emphasizes strong customer care, quick order processing, and maintaining clean, well-stocked displays while upholding brand standards and supporting teammates.

Qualifications

• Recent customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet customers warmly and assist promptly.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly welcome.
• Process orders and requests quickly and accurately.
• Produce hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day.
• Maintain brand standards for service and presentation.
• Resolve customer queries with a positive attitude.
• Replenish displays to maximise product availability.
• Keep workspace and forecourt clean and welcoming.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure teamwork.

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace, store and forecourt is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
