Job summary

NEXT is hiring a Customer Services Assistant to join our busy store team in the UK. The role is 20.25 hours per week with specific shifts including Sundays and weekdays; you’ll deliver fast, friendly service and help customers find the right products while supporting stock operations.

You’ll rotate across sales floors, stockrooms and deliveries, develop product knowledge and take ownership of your personal growth. Flexible working options are available and training begins on day one.

• Excellent communication skills and passion for helping customers.
• Friendly, calm and efficient in busy environments.
• Willing to work across store areas and shift patterns.
• Evidence of right to work in the UK will be required.

SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR: 20.25hrs p/w; Sun 10:00 - 16:00; Mon 11:00 - 17:00; Wed 07:00 - 10:30; Thu 09:00 - 15:15

Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to offer outstanding service and excellent stock operations to our customers. In return for supporting all Company policies and procedures and having a great attitude to work, we will invest in you and your development from day one. Flexible working options are available.
