Job summary

Cineworld Jersey is seeking a Team Member to ensure every guest enjoys an unrivalled cinema experience. You’ll be at the front line, greeting guests, selling tickets and concessions, and guiding patrons to their seats to maintain a safe, clean cinema environment.

Shifts will vary with needs and will require availability between 5:00 PM and midnight. Applicants must be 16 or older and entitled to work in the UK. Be part of a friendly team delivering great cinema moments.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Entitled to work in the UK or have the right to work.
• Evening and weekend availability as cinema shifts vary.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a superior service experience.
• Sell tickets and concessions such as popcorn.
• Guide guests to their seats and ensure a safe, clean environment.

Weekly working hours will vary with the needs of the cinema and availability will need to be between 17.00pm-midnight, candidates must be Entitled or Entitled To Work and be over 16 years old.

As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for making sure every customer has an unrivalled cinema experience. You’ll be out there as the face of Cineworld, meeting, greeting and providing a superior standard of service to our customers in the various offer areas. Whether selling tickets, selling freshly prepared popcorn or showing people to their seats, you and your team mates will ensure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.
