Job summary

Chopstix invites you to join our team in Wolverhampton as a Team Member. You will be the first friendly face to greet customers and help deliver a FASTER, FRESHER, TASTIER dining experience.

This role suits someone who loves fast-paced hospitality, works well with others, and can adapt to late-night trades on select evenings. Responsibilities

• You will be the first person our customers meet and create a fantastic experience.
• You will be responsible for taking and packing orders, ensuring fast, fresh and tasty food is prepared to spec.
• Late-night shifts possible on select nights; flexibility is key.
• Maintain cleanliness of front counter, restaurant and toilet areas.
• Assist back of house as required, preparing food for the Wok Chef.
• Adhere to Health & Food Safety guidelines to keep a safe working environment.
• Prioritize customer happiness with bold flavours and a positive, fun attitude.

WHAT DO WE WANT?

We are looking for a team member, who are passionate about providing great service, you will thrive in a busy environment, and enjoy working as part of a team.

• You will be the first person our customers meet; it is up to you to create a fantastic experience for each one of them.
• You will be responsible for taking & packing orders, ensuring that our FASTER, FRESHER, TASTIER food is presented and delivered to the customer exactly to product specification.
• Up for late nights? We may trade until 4am on select nights - flexibility is key!
• You will be responsible for ensuring our front counter, restaurant and toilet areas are always kept clean and tidy.
• You will assist back of house as and when required, preparing the food ready for the Wok Chef to cook.
• We expect our teams to adhere to all Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
• You will put our customers' happiness at the centre of everything you do, providing Bolder Flavours & dining experience, to every customer every time. But most importantly do all of the above with a big smile and have fun!
