The What...

As a Team Member, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience! No two shifts are the same; you might welcome customers at reception, host parties on the lanes, or serve food and drinks at our bar and diner. Your professional and energetic approach will ensure our customers have a memorable and enjoyable visit.

Team Members are trained across all key areas of the centre to support and add value at every stage of the customer journey. You may also be required to work in the kitchen.

Opening Hours And Shift Patterns

Our centres are generally open seven days a week from 9am to midnight. Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when availability is especially needed.

Typical shifts include:

• Weekday AM: 09.00 - 17.00
• Weekday PM: 17.00 - 00.00
• Weekend AM: 09.00 - 18.00
• Weekend PM: 16.00 - 01.00

Shift times may vary by centre, and under 18s may work until midnight but no later.

You will receive comprehensive induction, ongoing training, and development opportunities, including access to apprenticeships and management training to support your career growth.
