Here at easyHotel, we are now looking to recruit a fantastic Team Member at our Sheffield hotel. Working on 16 hours per week over two days, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.30 per hour.

As our Team Member, your goal is to help ensure our customers have a great experience when staying with us.

We are easyHotel, inventing a new breed of affordable and low-carbon hotels. Our mission is to enable more people to travel by offering hotels that are simple to book, simple to use, and city-focused. Our hotels are designed for both budget travelers and those who want to save money on accommodation to enjoy the city.

We are a growing and ambitious brand aiming to become a 100-strong pan-European platform within the next 5 years. Currently, we are present in 11 countries with 42 hotels and have recently opened a hotel in Marseille.

Role & responsibilities:
  • Support with day-to-day operations
  • Be the first point of contact for guest experience
  • Handle guest queries and complaints
  • Inspect rooms and communicate issues to maintenance or housekeeping
  • Ensure positive guest experiences to achieve 5-star reviews
  • Ensure smooth processes through Apaleo (hotel booking system)
