Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers in Washington, West Sussex, is looking for a Part Time Team Member to welcome guests, take orders, and help in the kitchen and bar with full training provided.

You will join a busy pub group offering flexible shifts, staff discounts across brands, Wagestream access, and a supportive team. A positive, reliable attitude is key and full training is given.

• No formal qualifications required beyond good customer service traits.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced pub environment.
