Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a part-time Team Member for our Bakers Arms and Vintage Inns venues. You’ll greet guests, deliver friendly service, and assist in kitchen and bar tasks as needed, supported by training.

A flexible shifts pattern helps you balance work with life, while the friendly team welcomes you into our pubs. The role includes staff discounts across our brands, pension, 28 days holiday, and access to Wagestream to manage earnings.

As a Part Time Team Member at the Bakers Arms, you will become a master of all trades. You’ll offer a warm welcome and excellent service in our restaurants and with support and training from us, you’ll be able to help out in the kitchen and on the bar too!
