Job summary

SSP Deutschland GmbH at Newcastle Station (M&S Simply Food) is seeking a Team Member. Full-time shifts 5:30–14:00 or 14:00–21:30, with flexible scheduling across weekdays and holidays. Pay starts at £12.71/hour, plus an extra £1.20/hour for hours between midnight and 6am, bringing it to £13.91/hour.

Join a fast-paced retail team serving customers in airports and stations across the UK & Ireland. No prior experience required; training and development programs provided.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work from 5:30am.
• 18 years of age or over for certain shifts.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Display a customer-first attitude at all times.
• Handle deliveries and stock movement, keep shelves full and organized.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Support across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour+ as a little incentive, you will earn an extra£1.20 per hourfor hours worked betweenmidnightand6am,bringing your rate of pay to£13.91 per hour.
