Job summary

SSP is hiring for a Team Member role at M&S Simply Food, Belfast Central Station. This part-time position offers 8–24 hours per week with a base pay of £13.35 per hour, plus an extra £1.20 per hour for night hours (midnight–6am) bringing it to £14.55 per hour.

Shifts run 5am–11:15pm across weekdays, weekends, and holidays. You’ll support a fast-paced retail environment, deliver excellent customer service, and work alone or with a team.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Customer focused and able to work well alone or with a team.
• Previous retail experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Display a customer-first attitude in all tasks.
• Handle deliveries, stock movement, and stock handling; keep shelves full, clean and organized.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Pay Rate: £13.35 per hour+ as a little incentive, you will earn an extra£1.20 per hourfor hours worked betweenmidnightand6am,bringing your rate of pay to£14.55 per hour.

Shifts scheduled between the hours 5am - 11:15pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
