Job summary

Oliver Bonas is seeking a Team Member to help deliver an outstanding customer experience in our Marlow store. You will contribute to product knowledge, service delivery, and daily store routines, while supporting colleagues across shifts.

The role focuses on friendly, solution-minded customer interactions, stock management, and upholding health and safety standards. Flexible work patterns are required, including potential full-time or part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering customer service in a retail environment is desirable.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to participate in team training and store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in training opportunities and contribute to team sessions.
• Adhere to operational practices including stock deliveries, health and safety, stock takes and replenishment.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and back of house areas.

• Have an awareness of the store's sales targets and its current performance versus like-for-like/target/company figures.
• Be aware of store and company product best-sellers to support sales growth.
