Job summary

Oliver Bonas in Blackheath is seeking a part-time team member to deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards. You will be responsible for product knowledge, stock handling, and supporting colleagues to meet store targets.

The role requires strong communication and a proactive, friendly approach to customers and team members. As part of OB's friendly team, you will participate in training and be prepared to assist across stores when needed, while upholding health and safety

Qualifications

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and communicate with the team effectively.
• Adhere to operational practices, stock deliveries, health and safety standards, and stock takes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the store, including back of house areas.
• Support other stores when needed and stay aware of sales targets and performance.
• Engage with customers with a friendly, confident communication style and problem solve where needed.
