Job summary

Megan’s Restaurants is hiring a friendly Team Member for our site in the South of England. You’ll greet guests, serve fresh food and drinks, and help create a memorable dining experience with every visit.

We offer great benefits, training and opportunities to move between sites as we grow, including access to our team’s development programs and flexible shift patterns. Previous experience in hospitality is welcomed but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender, waiter, waitress or barista in a premium branded restaurant, bar, pub or hotel is a plus.
• Must be keen to learn, friendly and outgoing, especially if this is your first job.

Responsibilities

• Look after guests and ensure they have a great experience throughout their time with us.
• Learn about our freshly made food and drinks and help guests enjoy their visit.

We’re looking for a friendly Team Member to join us. You'll be looking after our guests and making sure they have a great experience throughout their time with us, so we'll teach you all about our amazing freshly made food and delicious range of drinks. And if you want to progress then we can help you pursue a career in management by developing your skills and knowledge even further.
