Job summary

Megan’s Restaurants is expanding with new sites, and we’re looking for a friendly Team Member to join our team. You’ll look after guests, deliver great service, and learn about our fresh Mediterranean-inspired food and drinks.

Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but the most important traits are a keen willingness to learn, a friendly, outgoing personality, and a team-oriented mindset. We offer great perks and opportunities to progress within the group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as bartender, waiter, waitress or barista is encouraged.
• Keen to learn, friendly and outgoing—great attitude matters more than steps on a resume.

We’re looking for a friendly Team Member to join us. You'll be looking after our guests and making sure they have a great experience throughout their time with us, so we'll teach you all about our amazing freshly made food and delicious range of drinks. And if you want to progress then we can help you pursue a career in management by developing your skills and knowledge even further.

If you’ve got previous experience as a bartender, waiter, waitress or barista in a premium branded restaurant, bar, pub or hotel then that’s fantastic and we’d love to hear from you. But what’s more important to us is that you’re keen to learn, friendly and outgoing, so if this would be your first job then don’t let that stop you
