Job summary

HF Holidays Limited is seeking a Team Member at Derwent Bank, Portinscale, Keswick, to welcome guests, prepare rooms and assist with dining, including serving meals and Afternoon Tea. You will help create a warm, inviting atmosphere for visitors on guided or self-guided walking holidays.

You will join a friendly hospitality team, work evenings and weekends, and contribute to the guest experience in this busy country-house setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or willingness to learn.
• Great communication skills and customer service.
• Ability to be part of a team and flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms and public areas to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Serve meals in the dining room and contribute to Afternoon Tea service.
• Assist in preparing picnic lunches and engaging with guests to enhance the hospitality experience.

What will you be doing:

Working in o urDerwent BankCountry House we provide a retreat for up to 66guests who stay with us for guided or self-guided walking tour holidays. Your role will be preparing guest rooms and public areas, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. You will be the welcoming face serving meals in our dining room and adding to the charm of our hospitality by assisting in the delivery of Afternoon Tea. Our Team Members also assist in the preparation of picnic lunches, which our guests' love for their outdoor adventures. Our entire team gets involved in the heart of guest interactions, and we all work together to provide an atmosphere where guests feel cared for and attended to

About you:
