Welcome Break in the South Mimms site is hiring a Team Member. You will be part of a world-class team serving customers across multiple brands such as Starbucks, Pret, KFC, and Waitrose on a motorway service site.

The role offers up to £12.85 per hour with an additional £1 on-shift meals, and 50% off-site discounts for you and your family when not working. Full-time and part-time flexible positions are available, including seasonal hours to fit around school or childcare.

We don’t expect you to know everything. We’ll provide full brand training when you join us.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome customers with a smile and help them quickly and confidently
• Keep the customer seating areas and back-of-house clean and tidy throughout your shift (including tables, counters, floors, toilets, shower rooms and carpark where required)
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, completing checks and cleaning tasks as trained, and escalating customer issues when needed
