Job summary

Oliver Bonas is seeking a Team Member to join our OB Team. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain product knowledge, and work closely with colleagues to keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.

We have an opportunity to join Team OB as a Team Member. OB Team Members are approachable, resourceful and love working with people. They enjoy giving our customers a fantastic experience and work together to keep the store running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be required to work key days across the week. These working patterns are subject to change to fit the needs of the business, and any changes will be made in line with your availability provided. • Have an awareness of the store’s sales targets and its current performance versus like-for-like/target/company figures.
• Be aware of store and company product best-sellers to support sales growth.
