Job summary

Pret A Manger is hiring passionate Team Members at our London shops. You’ll be the smiling face serving freshly made food and drinks, keeping the customer experience bright and efficient, with training and support every step of the way.

Base Pay Rate £12.80 per hour. No experience needed: we’ll teach you everything. Enjoy flexible shifts, staff discounts, free meals on shift, and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, friendly hospitality team.

Now, on the Team Member Role… We're looking for passionate team players to bring joy to our customers every day. As a Team Member, you'll be the smiling face of our shop floor and preparing delicious, freshly made food in our kitchen, driven by a passion for our products, customers and teams.

About You

Base Pay Rate:£12.80 - £12.80

• Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete
• After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am

The Pret interview journey

Then, if we move forward with your application, we'll start the process with an initial phone screening. The next stage is a 60-minute shop-based interview with the General Manager and the team.
