moto is hiring a Team Member at Toddington Services, M1 J11/12, Dunstable. You will greet customers, take orders, assemble Burger King products accurately, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. Join a team that values speed, accuracy, and excellent service across varied shifts.

What you'll be doing as a Team Member: Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner Assembling a range of Burger King products to order with speed and accuracy to perfection Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade We're looking for someone who can effortlessly switch gears-thriving in fast-paced, high-energy environments while staying equally focused and productive in quieter, more independent settings. This role requires a dynamic individual who brings calm to the chaos and momentum to the lulls, ensuring consistent performance no matter the pace. • Annual bonus scheme is equivalent to work week's salary based on average hours worked over a defined period.

Team Member - £12.90ph Shifts: Vary between 8am to 11pm, mixture of weekdays and weekends required Address: Toddington Services, M1 J11/12, Dunstable, LU5 6HR

• Step up to lead a shift, with training provided, and earn £13.40 per hour!
