Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Team Member in Doncaster at BP Greggs, located at Doncaster North Services, M18 Junction 5, Hatfield. The role covers greeting customers, taking orders, preparing hot foods and beverages, and maintaining a clean, welcoming forecourt and store environment.

You will work with colleagues to deliver outstanding service across varied shifts. Shifts run between 7am and 11pm, with weekdays and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Greeting customers with a warm, friendly manner.
• Delivering fast, accurate service at a busy site.
• Ability to switch between fast-paced and quieter tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders for hot foods, baked goods and beverages.
• Process orders efficiently and maintain brand standards.
• Replenish displays and keep the store clean and welcoming.
• Support colleagues to deliver a culture of teamwork and exceptional service.
• Prepare the store for each day’s trade and ensure a memorable visit for customers.
