Job summary

Greggs plc in Croydon is hiring Team Members to provide fast, friendly service and keep the shop clean, including in-store, delivery, and Click + Collect. You will join a welcoming team and help deliver a brilliant customer experience.

No prior experience is required, and full training will be provided. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and have opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required; full training provided.
• Friendly, helpful attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service to customers across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.
• Keep the shop clean and tidy and ensure stock is presentable.
• Prepare and present products as required.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and a welcoming environment.

We’re looking for Team Members to join us! As a Team Member, you’ll provide fast and friendly service to our customers, make sure the shop is clean and tidy, and prepare our much-loved products. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll play a key part in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.
