Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our stores. You will deliver fast, friendly service, keep the shop clean and help prepare popular products for customers across in-shop, delivery and Click + Collect channels.

You’ll be part of a lively team, learning on the job and helping ensure every customer has a brilliant experience. We value a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering friendly, efficient service is desirable.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service to customers.
• Keep the shop clean and tidy throughout shifts.
• Prepare and present Greggs products to customers.
• Support multiple order channels including in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru where available.

We’re looking for Team Members to join us! As a Team Member, you’ll provide fast and friendly service to our customers, make sure the shop is clean and tidy, and prepare our much-loved products. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll play a key part in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.
