Here at easyHotel, we are now looking to recruit a fantastic Experienced Reception Team Member at our Croydon hotel. Working on a permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.30 per hour.

As our Team Member, your goal is to help ensure our customers have a great experience when staying with us.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide flexible support with day-to-day operations
• Be the first point of contact for guests, handling queries and complaints
• Inspect rooms and coordinate with maintenance or housekeeping for any issues
• Ensure positive guest experiences, aiming for 5-star reviews
• Manage bookings and guest information through Apaleo, our hotel booking system
