The What...

As a Team Member, you will be at the heart of the customer experience! No two shifts are the same; you might be welcoming customers at reception, hosting parties on the lanes, or serving food and drinks at our bar and diner. Your professional and energetic customer service, along with your enthusiasm, will ensure our customers have an enjoyable and value-for-money experience every visit.

Team Members are trained across all key areas of the centre to support and add value at every stage of the customer journey. You may also be required to work in the kitchen.

Opening Hours And Shift Patterns

Our centres are typically open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight. The busiest times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when we often need availability from applicants.

Typical shift patterns include:

• Weekday AM: 09:00 - 17:00
• Weekday PM: 17:00 - 00:00
• Weekend AM: 09:00 - 18:00
• Weekend PM: 16:00 - 01:00

Shift times vary by centre, and will be confirmed at interview. Under 18s may work until midnight but no later.

You will receive thorough induction and ongoing training, with opportunities for career development, including apprenticeships and management training.

To be a successful Team Member, you'll need:

• Flexibility with working hours and shifts
