Job summary

SSP Group’s Night Shift Team Member role at Birmingham New Street (M&S Simply Food) offers a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, with overtime opportunities and night shifts from 10pm to 7am. The role pays £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.91 when working between midnight and 6am.

Candidates should be 18 or over, comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment, and capable of stock handling, deliveries, and keeping shelves organised.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Fast-paced retail environment experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.

• Handle deliveries and stock movement, keep shelves full and well-organised.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.

About the Role

NIGHT SHIFT TEAM MEMBER - BIRMINGHAM NEW STREET, M&S SIMPLY FOOD

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £13.91 per hour.

Shift Pattern: Part-Time (20 hrs pw + overtime opportunities) Night Shifts scheduled between 10pm - 7am Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
