You will ensure high-quality, child and young person-centred practice, delivering statutory responsibilities and ambitious plans that promote stability, permanence, independence and positive long-term outcomes.
Working collaboratively with foster carers, residential providers, housing, education, health services and wider partners, you will champion a joined-up approach that enables children and young people to access the support, opportunities and relationships they need to succeed.
