We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join our new service in Warrington and Halton. We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, well-organised, and qualified person to manage a team and deliver high-quality non-clinical support to individuals in times of crisis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, recovery-focused support to clients within a designated service/location. This includes assessing and managing referrals, voids management, needs assessment, support planning, risk management, and safety planning.
The Team Manager will also be responsible for providing appropriate support and line management for staff members, including induction, supervision, appraisal, development, absence, and performance management. They will ensure that staffing resources and capacity are adequate to deliver high-quality services to clients and meet contractual requirements.

Team Manager - Warrington and Halton Support Hub: 29 hours per week, £30,826 pro rata with additional enhancement for unsociable hours. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a recovery-based social inclusion service, experience of managing and delivering to agreed budgets, and experience of all aspects of staff management.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
