THG Ingenuity is seeking a Team Manager to start your leadership career within our fast-paced, highly automated Warrington operation. You’ll lead your own team from day one, keep your area running safely and smoothly, and collaborate with other departments to deliver a great customer experience.

No years of management experience are required—what matters is energy, ambition and the confidence to bring out the best in others.
