THG Ingenuity is a fully integrated digital commerce ecosystem powering brands and delivering direct-to-consumer solutions. We are seeking a Team Manager to lead a fast-paced, highly automated operation and help drive exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll be at the heart of the operation, developing your team, meeting performance targets and collaborating with other functions. This is an excellent early-career leadership opportunity with strong growth potential within THG Ingenuity.

As a Team Manager, you’ll be trusted with real responsibility from day one, leading your own team within a fast-paced, highly automated operation. You don’t need years of management experience – we’re looking for people with energy, ambition and the confidence to bring out the best in others.

You’ll be at the heart of the operation, keeping your area running safely and smoothly, supporting your team and working with different departments across the business to deliver a great experience for our customers.

Salary between £33,000 and £36,000 plus shift allowance.

Multiple Shift Patterns available - includes Days or Nights (4 shifts x 10.5 hours)
