We are seeking a Team Manager, with current Social Work England registration, and previous leadership experience in a similar role.
You will provide leadership to your team, which will include an Advanced Practitioner, 5 to 6 Social Workers, a family support worker, and a business support administrator. Your responsibilities will include allocating and prioritising workloads to ensure the child's care is paramount, while also developing your team to deliver an effective and efficient service. You will be responsible for the team plan to meet objectives and ensure performance targets are achieved.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration, and ideally possess a Level 5 NVQ Management qualification or equivalent relevant experience. You should have the ability to manage a team, ensuring development and performance issues are addressed through support and coaching. Previous budgetary control experience, ICT skills, and the ability to represent the service at a senior level are also required.
