Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency, has a new permanent position available for a Team Manager within the SPA/MASH Team to work Full Time for Achieving for Children, Windsor & Maidenhead.

The salary for this Team Manager job is up to £64,198 per annum.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing SPA/MASH Team, maintaining string standards of practice and ensuring adherence to statutory timescales.
  • Report directly to the Associate Director, providing updates on team performance and safeguarding activity.
  • Facilitate and lead multi-agency audits to ensure coordinated safeguarding responses.
  • Attend and contribute to MAPPA (Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements) meetings, representing the SPA/MASH Team.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to various internal and external boards, ensuring that the service continues to meet strategic goals and national requirements.
  • As Team Manager in the Single Point of Access (SPA), oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of services.
  • Work closely with partner agencies to strengthen relationships and promote a better understanding of SPA's critical role.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to various team members, including Assistant Team Managers, Social Workers, Contact Information Officers, and Business Support Officers.
Requirements:
  • A social Work Qualification or equivalent.
