What you will do:

1. Lead and manage the Safeguarding & Care Planning Team to ensure high standards of practice and performance.
2. Develop and implement effective care plans that address the individual needs of children and their families.
3. Ensure compliance with national legislation and local policies related to safeguarding and care planning.
4. Provide supervision and support to team members, promoting a positive and collaborative team environment.
5. Work closely with partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes for children and families in Oldham.
6. Monitor and review service performance, ensuring continuous improvement in safeguarding practices.
