Wellington Care is looking for a dedicated Team Manager to join our passionate team. Our mission is to support individuals across Hull and East Yorkshire with all aspects of their daily lives. This includes providing safe, welcoming living environments with 24/7 care, as well as offering additional support within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care services, ensuring individual needs and organisational goals are met.

- Provide leadership and management to a team of Team Leaders, Senior Support Workers, and Support Workers.

- Oversee a cluster of services, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

- Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to meet the needs of both clients and the organisation.
