Our Team Managers are responsible for driving results through their teams. They ensure their people are engaged, well managed, and productive. The role is fast-paced and ever-changing. Are you up for the challenge?

Reporting into the Department Manager, additional responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and driving KPIs, taking action to meet targets daily and weekly
  • Setting performance targets, reviewing progress, and creating action plans to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance standards
  • Identifying solutions and driving continuous improvement strategies
  • Spotting and developing talent through coaching and guidance
  • Supporting colleague welfare and improving attendance standards
  • Allocating tasks and conducting daily shift briefs

About You

In addition to a strong work ethic, you will also have:

  • Management or supervisory experience in large-scale production, ideally in Food Manufacturing
  • The ability to challenge decisions and behaviors to ensure consistent service and problem-solving skills
  • A proven track record of effective people management and delivering results through a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Assertiveness and decision-making abilities
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Understanding of cost models, budget control, and pest management experience
