Job Description

Support the People & Culture Manager in leading the Organisational Development Team within the People & Culture Service. This involves managing and delivering planned OD interventions and providing management support to ensure high-quality service provision to Council Services. The role aims to promote, deliver, and integrate key objectives outlined in the People & Culture Service Plan and the Community Plan.

Requirements

The duties of this position require access to the public sector network. Therefore, the successful applicant must complete a basic Disclosure Scotland application. The Individual

This is a full-time, temporary position based at the Opera House, John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock, until 30/8/26. The role is 35 hours per week, with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday and 9 am to 4 pm on Friday. The work style is 'Mobile', with 20-49% of the time spent in an office or other work locations. You will work at your base or another agreed location 1 to 2.5 days per week, with the remainder of the week working from home or other locations as required.

The salary ranges from £47,848 to £52,325 per annum.
