Team Manager Occupational Therapist (Band) - Enfield - Full-Time - Earn up to £40 per hour - 3 Month Contract

Are you ready to embark on an exciting adventure in Enfield as a Team Manager Occupational Therapist? This full-time locum opportunity offers up to £40 per hour over a 3-month period, leading a busy in-house therapy-led reablement service. You will support residents to achieve independence, following hospital discharge and within the community.

What you will do
  • Lead and manage the operational delivery of therapy-led reablement services in close collaboration with the CQC Registered Manager and OT Assistant Team Manager.
  • Supervise and support a team of occupational therapy staff to achieve service goals and enhance residents\' independence.
  • Ensure the service is outcome-focused and aligns with residents\' needs.
  • Triage referrals effectively and work with the registered manager to optimise in-house care capacity.
  • Maintain compliance with HCPC regulations and drive service excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote the services and ensure a seamless operational flow.
