Team Manager - No Resource to Public Fund Team

Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency, has a new permanent position available for a Team Manager within the No Resource to Public Fund Team, based in Haringey.

The salary for this full-time Team Manager role is up to £57,102 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the team to ensure high standards of service, legislative compliance, and adherence to policies.
  2. Prioritize and allocate work within available resources.
  3. Maintain high-quality record keeping and ensure timely managerial decisions.
  4. Provide regular supervision and evaluate staff performance.
  5. Develop services in partnership with other agencies and support children to stay safely at home where possible.
  6. Collaborate with managers across children and young people's services for holistic responses.
  7. Ensure compliance with council policies, including equalities and organizational values.
  8. Lead specific service areas, deputize for the line manager, and communicate risks to senior management.
  9. Perform any other duties as reasonably required.
Minimum Requirements:
  • A social work qualification or equivalent.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation.
  • Registered or eligible for registration.
  • Management experience.
  • Knowledge of health and safety, data protection, and statutory requirements.
  • Registration with the relevant health professional council (Social Care England).
